- MH Advantage & CrossMods are special types of manufactured homes that I wish more people knew about. Take a look and read through the info I have here.

- Options & Upgrades can be hard to find information on or to know what you should look for and expect in the homes. I have linked sample pricing on some and also a list of my recommendations for options and upgrades when ordering a home.
MH Advantage Info
Packet with Fannie Mae's information on these loans and the requirements the homes need to meet. CrossMods are a type of MH Advatnge home.

This type of MH Advantage home is place on a stem wall permanent foundation and has an attached garage and covered front porch built on site for it.
Sample Pricing for Upgrades/Options
This list is specific to the factory that builds our CrossMod homes. However it can give you a general sense of costs even if you are ordering a typical manufactured home from a different manufacturer.
Recommended Upgrades & Options
