Our projects are centered around planning, designing, and creating small Plats or Subdivisions, as well as building affordable homes for customers or for resale.

 6 New Residential Lots Created

Project Scope:

Design and Build the Plat for best use of space, zoning conformity, and to bring in utilities to each lot..

 PUD Water, Sewer, Electricity, & Communications.

SRC worked extensively with engineers, surveyors, Army Corp of Engineers, city planner, etc to bring this project to life.

Completed: February 2021
